This page describes the website management methods with regard to the processing of personal data of users/visitors who consult it and those who interact with the web services of the VAILV Voluntary Association.
This privacy policy applies only to the VAILV website and not to other websites (including third-party websites) that may be accessed by the user via links on the above-mentioned domain.
The VAILV Voluntary Association, as the Data Controller of your personal data, pursuant to and for the purposes of the GDPR, hereby informs you that the aforementioned regulation provides for the protection of data subjects with regard to the processing of personal data and that such processing will be based on the principles of fairness, Lawfulness, transparency, and protection of your privacy and rights.
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the aforementioned law and the confidentiality obligations set forth therein.

Purpose processing
Your data (personal details, telephone numbers, physical or electronic addresses, identification numbers, education and employment information, IP address, cookies) will be processed to ensure the proper provision of the requested services; for administrative and accounting purposes; to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations; To fulfill contractual obligations or pre-contractual measures.

Processing methods
Your data will be processed with adequate safeguards, where appropriate to protect the rights and freedoms of the data subject, including by omitting their personal details. The data is processed using electronic or automated means or in paper format, in accordance with the methods and tools appropriate to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data, in compliance with the GDPR and applicable legislation.
Recipients and Data Communication
For the proper performance of its activities, for certain activities underlying the processing of data, VAILV Voluntary Association may communicate the data to third parties, who will act as Data Processors and/or as persons authorized by the data controller.
Those authorized to process your personal data who may become aware of it, by way of example, may belong to the following professional categories: internal collaborators (e.g., personnel in charge of organizing events) and external collaborators (e.g., technical consultants) of VAILV Voluntary Association, and all those to whom communication is strictly necessary.
By way of example and not limited to, your data may be processed, solely for the purposes indicated above, by entities belonging to the following categories:

Withdrawal of consent
You may withdraw your consent to data processing at any time, provided this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing. You can download the "PERSONAL DATA ERASURE REQUEST FORM" and, after completing it, send it to vailv@leonardavaccari.it

Definitions
To facilitate understanding of this Policy, the following definitions are provided (Article 4 of the GDPR):
“Processing”: any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction.
